Sinapi’s at Arbor Ridge is a spectacular new catering facility nestled in the scenic woods of Hopewell Junction, conveniently located just one mile off the Taconic State Parkway. Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to two hundred and fifteen guests with a beautiful dance floor. The bride and groom have a private bridal suite throughout the affair. The lavish cocktail hour room is also separated from the ballroom. Our second ballroom will accommodate up to one hundred people. Overnight accommodations for you and your guests are located on premises.
